      目的 探讨“PBL结合CBL”教学模式在肾脏内科临床护理教学中的实施效果。方法 2017年9月至2020年4月上海某三甲医院肾脏内科实习护生60例，分为实验组30例和对照组30例。实验组采用PBL+CBL临床护理教学方法教学，对照组采用传统教学模式。两组均采用中文版《评判性思维量表》、自行设计《肾内科临床护理教学满意度》进行评价。结果 实验组通过PBL结合CBL教学模式进行肾脏科常见疾病学习后，其评判性思维能力、肾内科临床护理教学满意度较对照组得分有所提高，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论PBL结合CBL教学模式能促进肾内科实习护生临床评判性思维能力的形成，加强肾脏病专科基本理论知识掌握程度以及临床护理实践能力，提高教学满意度，以提高医院管理水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the implementation effect of ‘PBL combined with CBL’ teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of kidney disease. Methods 60 cases of renal intern nurse in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from September 2017 to April 2020, were divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The PBL+CBL clinical nursing teaching method were used in the experimental group, and the traditional teaching method were used in the control group. Both groups were evaluated by the Chinese version of ‘critical thinking disposition inventory’ and self-designed ‘satisfaction of clinical nursing teaching in the Nephrology Department’. Results After the PBL+CBL teaching mode were used in the experimental group, the score of the critical thinking ability and the score of the satisfaction of the clinical nursing teaching in the nephrology department were higher than those in the control group. The difference is statistically significant, P＜0.05. Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can promote the formation of clinical critical thinking ability of intern nure, strengthen the basic theoretical knowledge of kidney disease, enhance clinical nursing practice ability, and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing teaching in the nephrology department.
