      危重症患者的院内转运虽可有效完善患者诊断和治疗，但也存在一定风险，如在转运过程中发生不良事件。当前，标准化分级转运被认为是院内转运有效策略，可有效降低不良事件的发生，同时降低转运时间，提高医患满意度。本文综述了危重症患者院内不良事件发生的危险因素，进而分析了标准化分级转运策略的制定与实施，还对标准化分级转运在各科室的应用现状进行了总结，提出应在标准化分级转运基础上针对不同科室应进一步细化并制备相应的转运策略。
英文摘要:
      Although in-hospital transport of critically ill patients can effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients, there are also certain risks, such as adverse events in the process of transport. At present, standardized hierarchical transportation is considered to be an effective strategy for in-hospital transportation, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, reduce the transportation time and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients. This paper summarizes the risk factors of adverse events in critically ill patients, and then analyzes the formulation and implementation of standardized hierarchical transportation strategy. It also summarizes the application status of standardized hierarchical transportation in various departments, and proposes that the corresponding transportation strategy should be further refined and prepared for different departments on the basis of standardized hierarchical transportation.
