      目的 探究个体化患者教育对结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2018年3月在海军军医大学第一附属医院内镜中心进行结肠镜检查的患者203例,随机分为实验组和对照组,比较两组的肠道准备质量效果,并分析影响肠道准备质量的相关因素。结果 实验组“准备充分”的患者比例(62%)显著高于对照组(33%),P＜0.01。“准备充分”的男性患者比例显著高于“准备充分”的女性患者比例(P＜0.05)。“准备充分”组中,有糖尿病、便秘和腹部外科手术既往史的患者比例显著高于没有既往史的患者比例(P＜0.05)。结论 个体化患者教育能够提高结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量；使用个体化肠道准备患者教育策略,可以使有糖尿病、便秘和腹部外科手术既往史的患者更获益。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of individualized patient education on intestinal preparation before colonoscopy. Methods 203 patients who underwent colonoscopy from January 2018 to March 2018 in the endoscopy center of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Naval Military Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The effect of intestinal preparation quality was compared between the two groups, and the related factors affecting the quality of intestinal preparation were analyzed. Results The proportion of patients with adequate preparation in the experimental group (62%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (33%), P＜0.01. The proportion of male patients with adequate preparation was significantly higher than that of female patients with adequate preparation (P＜0.05). The proportion of patients with diabetes, constipation and previous history of abdominal surgery in the adequate preparation group was significantly higher than that without previous history (P＜0.05). Conclusions Individualized patient education can improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Individualized bowel preparation education strategies can benefit patients with diabetes, constipation and previous history of abdominal surgery.
