新冠肺炎已在全球200多个国家暴发、流行，目前没有特异性抗病毒治疗手段,新冠病毒可能会持续人传人感染,长期影响社会发展,从而引起各种次生危害,故接种预防性新冠疫苗是当下形势最有效的防控策略。基于疫苗接种安全管理理念，组建疫苗移动接种团队，按照岗位和能力对成员进行岗前培训、落实制度，明确职责、形成具有特色的管理模式，实现团队功能完整，发挥专业团队的作用，全面保障接种过程的安全，有效提供精准疫苗接种服务。

英文摘要:

New crown pneumonia (NCP) has erupted and spread in more than 200 countries around the world. At present, there is no specific anti-viral treatment. NCP may continue to be transmitted from person to person and affect social development for a long time, thus causing various secondary hazards, therefore, vaccination of prophylactic new crown vaccine is the most effective strategy for prevention and control. Based on the concept of vaccine safety management, a mobile vaccination team was set up, members were trained according to their posts and abilities, the system was implemented, their responsibilities were defined, a distinctive management model was formed, and the function of the team was integrated, play the role of a professional team to fully ensure the safety of the vaccination process, effective provision of precision vaccination services.
