      目的 探讨以“双师”型教师为基础的高职教育教师教学创新性助产专业团队构建路径,变革传统教学模式,提高助产专业教学质量,促进助产专业人才培养,提升学生的知识水平和综合素质。方法 通过查阅了大量的文献资料,研究了我国助产专业的现况和存在的问题;通过焦点小组访谈法和问卷调查法收集笔者所在学校助产专业团队建设现状,为制定创新团队建设提供依据,并提出和实施创新性教学团队建设举措。 结果 教学创新团队教学水平逐步提高并稳定在较高水平,助产专业学生的人文关怀能力、专业知识水平、实践操作能力均得到较大的提升。结论 构建教师教学创新团队可以改进评价人才培养质量体系,不断改进人才培养方案,培养高素质的助产学专业人才,进一步提升助产专业的办学水平和办学质量,建议在高职院校中推广应用,同时对丰富和完善我国高校教师创新团队建设管理体系提供借鉴。

      Objective To explore the construction path of innovative midwifery professional team based on double-qualified teachers in higher vocational education and innovate the traditional teaching mode. In order to improve the teaching quality of midwifery. The ultimate goal is to promote the training of midwifery professionals and improve the knowledge level and comprehensive quality of students. Methods By consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of midwifery in China. In addition, through questionnaire survey and focus groups interview, this paper collects the current situation of midwifery teaching team construction in writer’s school, and propose and implement innovative teaching team building measures Results The teaching level of the teaching innovation team has gradually improved and stabilized at a higher level. The humanistic care ability, professional knowledge level and practical operation ability of midwifery students have been greatly improved. Conclusion The construction of teachers' teaching innovation team can improve the quality evaluation system of talent training and constantly improve the talent training program. Furthermore, it can also cultivate high-quality midwifery professionals, and further improve the level and quality of midwifery education. At the same time, it can provide reference for the enrichment and improvement of the management system for the construction of innovative teams of teachers in my country's colleges and universities.. It is suggested to be popularized and applied in higher vocational colleges.
