| 目的 评估急诊护士心理资本、人格特质与共情疲劳的相关性。方法 采用整群抽样的方法选择我院急诊科护理人员101名，采用护士心理资本问卷、艾森克人格问卷、救助人员生活质量量表进行调查。结果 101名护士的心理资本各维度条目均分分别为：希望水平为（4.28±0.78）分，乐观水平为（4.42±0.96）分，自我效能水平为（4.44±0.76）分，韧性水平为（4.39±0.78）分。护士内外倾向为（9.97±3.54）分，情绪稳定性（10.92±4.58）分，精神质（9.46±2.41）分。急诊护士共情满意维度条目均分为（2.97±0.47）分，处于中高水平分组的占比93.07%；倦怠维度得分为（2.91±0.31）分，处于中高水平分组的占比 97.03%；二次创伤维度得分为（2.93±0.48）分，处于中高水平分组的占比 92.08%。急诊护士心理资本总分与倦怠呈正相关性。内外倾向与共情满意总分呈正相关；情绪稳定性和精神质与共情满意和二次创伤呈正相关。结论 急诊护士的心理资本水平较低，应结合护士的人格特质，加强急诊护士的心理资本教育，有利于改善急诊护士的共情疲劳。 |

| Objective To evaluate the correlation between the psychological capital, personality traits and empathy fatigue of emergency nurses. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 101 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital. The nurse psychological capital questionnaire, the Eysenck personality questionnaire, and the rescuer's quality of life scale were used for investigation. Results The average scores of each dimension item of psychological capital of 101 nurses were: hope level was (4.28±0.78) points, optimism level was (4.42±0.96) points, self-efficacy level was (4.44±0.76) points, and resilience level was (4.39) ±0.78) points. The internal and external tendencies of the nurses were (9.97±3.54) points, emotional stability (10.92±4.58) points, and psychoticism (9.46±2.41) points. Emergency nurses’ empathy satisfaction dimension items were averagely divided into (2.97±0.47) points, with 93.07% in the middle-high level group; burnout dimension scores were (2.91±0.31) points, with 97.03% in the middle-high level group; second time The trauma dimension score was (2.93±0.48) points, and 92.08% of them were in the middle-to-high level group. The total mental capital score of emergency nurses is positively correlated with burnout. Internal and external tendencies are positively correlated with the total score of empathy satisfaction; emotional stability and mentality are positively correlated with empathy satisfaction and secondary trauma. Conclusion The level of psychological capital of emergency nurses is low. It is necessary to strengthen the psychological capital education of emergency nurses in combination with the personality traits of nurses, which will help to improve the empathy fatigue of emergency nurses. |
