      目的:调查肿瘤科护士的护理领导力现状并分析其影响因素。方法:2020年1月-3月期间,以方便抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等医院的177名肿瘤科护士,采用一般资料调查表、护士领导力调查问卷、心理资本量表和职业倦怠感量表对其进行横断面调查。采用多元线性回归分析明确护理领导力的影响因素。结果:肿瘤科护士的护理领导力评分为(4.09±0.59)分;多元逐步回归分析显示,能级、心理资本、职业倦怠是影响肿瘤科护士的护理领导力的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理者可提高肿瘤科室护士的心理资本、降低其职业倦怠感,加强护理领导力的培养,进一步提升护理服务水平和护理质量,推动我国护理事业的持续发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the nursing leadership status of oncology nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: From January to March 2020, 177 oncology nurses in a grade A hospital in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling method. A cross sectional survey was conducted using general data questionnaire, nurse leadership questionnaire, psychological capital scale and job burnout scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of nursing leadership. Results: The nursing leadership score of oncology nurses was 4.09±0.59. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that ability grade, psychological capital, job burnout were the main factors affecting the nursing leadership of oncology nurses (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing managers can improve the psychological capital of tumor department nurses, reduce their job burnout, strengthen the training of nursing leadership, further improve the level of nursing service and nursing quality, and promote the sustainable development of nursing cause in China.
