      目的:深入探索重症监护病房新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的心理状态,了解新发传染病对入住重症监护病房患者的心理影响,为早期制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用现象学研究方法,对8例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行半结构式深入访谈,访谈资料按Colaizzi七步分析法进行分析整理。结果:重症监护病房新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的心理状态包括3个主题:(1)负性心理体验包括恐惧、担忧、绝望、忧伤;(2)正性心理体验包括安心、责任心和信心;(3)成长心理体验包括感悟、感恩与感慨。结论:医务人员应重视重症监护病房新冠肺炎患者的心理状态,对于负性心理状态要早期干预,正性心理形成需积极引导,可通过帮助患者找寻社会归属感,激发其责任感,帮助患者找到活下去的生命意义,收获心理成长变化,促进身心早日恢复。
英文摘要:
      Objective In order to explore psychological state of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in ICU and find out influences on them, provide evidences for effective interventions. Method Eight patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were interviewed semi-structurally by the phenomenological method. The interview datas were analyzed by Colaizzi seven step analysis. Results The result showed mental state of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia included 3 themes: (1) negative psychological experiences including fear, worry, despair, sadness; (2) positive psychological experiences including peace of mind, responsibility, confidence; (3) experiences of psychological growth including perception, gratitude, touch. Conclusion Medical personnel should pay attention to the psychological state of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in ICU. They should take early intervention to prevent negative psychological state, guide actively and promote the formation of positive psychology, through the establishment of a sense of social belonging of patients, stimulate their sense of responsibility, help patients find the meaning of life to live, harvest psychological growth changes, promote early recovery of the body and mind.
