      目的 针对老龄化居民区核酸采样的难点进行分析,对采样中的可采取的应对策略进行总结,为今后开展类似筛查工作提供参考。方法 通过对采样人员根据采样情况工作的及时调配,明确社区志愿者的职责及设立二维码打印点,以楼为单位,控制人员聚集。对我院2022年3月38次居民区采样,共计127085人,将改良前23次居民区采样设为对照组,改良后15次居民区采样设为观察组。结果 观察组在采样完成时间(6.63±0.31)和平均采样人数(491.97±53.44)均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过改变医护人员工作调配、明确志愿者职责、采样点前50米设置二维码打印点,以楼栋为单位组织居民下楼采集,在避免人员聚集、减少居民同采样人员的矛盾,同时提高各核酸采集的效率,效果显著。均在早于预定时间完成采集工作,该采样模式值得推广应用。

      Objective The difficulties of nucleic acid sampling in aging residential areas were analyzed, and the countermeasures were summarized to provide reference for similar screening work in the future.Methods Through the timely deployment of sampling personnel according to the sampling situation, clear the responsibilities of community volunteers and set up a two-dimensional code printing point, as a unit, to control the gathering of personnel. A total of 127,085 people were sampled from 38 residential areas in our hospital in March 2022. The first 23 residential areas were selected as the control group, and the second 15 were selected as the Observation Group.Results The Observation Group in the sampling completion time (6.63 ± 0.31) and the average sampling number (491.97 ± 53.44) were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05) .Conclusion By changing the assignment of medical staff, defining the duties of volunteers, setting up a two-dimensional code printing point 50 meters in front of the sampling point, and organizing residents to go downstairs to collect by building units, it can avoid the gathering of people, reduce the contradiction between residents and sampling staff, and improve the collection efficiency of nucleic acids. All the samples were collected earlier than the scheduled time, so the sampling mode is worth popularizing and applying.
