      目的 探究基于家属-患者网络的延续性护理对老年PCI术后患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至12月期间收治于复旦大学附属金山医院心内科的50岁以上PCI术后患者30例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在出院前组建基于家属-患者网络的护理小组，在出院后实行延续性护理，通过患者心理状况、血浆生化指标和对护理的满意度来评价患者出院后生活质量。结果 观察组相比对照组，出院2个月后的抑郁和焦虑水平均明显下降，血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白水平控制的也更好，同时患者对护理满意度更高。结论 基于家属-患者网络的延续性护理改善了老年PCI术后患者的心理状况和自我管理能力，提高了患者护理满意度，改善了患者的生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the influence of continuing care based on family-patient network on the life quality of elderly patients undergoing PCI. Methods Thirty patients over 50 years old who underwent PCI in Department of Cardiology, Jinshan Hospital, Fudan University during June to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine care while the observation group received the continuing care carried out by a nursing group based on the family-patient network after discharge. The life quality of patients after discharge was evaluated by their psychological status, plasma biochemical parameters, and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed less depression and anxiety 2 months after discharge, as well as the lower levels of blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein. Meanwhile, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher. Conclusion The continuing care based on family-patient network improves the psychological status, self-management ability, and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients undergoing PCI, which indicates the improvement of patients' life quality.
