摘要：目的：探讨中医联合快速康复护理在达芬奇机器人辅助下直肠癌术后的临床研究。方法：按照手术时间顺序选择在达芬奇辅助下直肠癌术后患者80例，随机分为实验组（40例），对照组（40例），对照组在常规护理基础上给予快速康复护理，实验组在对照组的基础上给予中医护理。观察两组患者术后24h、48h、72h疼痛程度，肛门首次排气时间及术后舒适度。结果：实验组患者疼痛程度、肛门首次排气时间显著低于对照组，术后舒适度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中医联合快速康复护理可显著促进达芬奇辅助下直肠癌术后恢复，减轻患者术后疼痛程度，提高患者术后舒适度。

英文摘要:

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical research of Chinese medicine combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing after surgery of rectal cancer with the assistance of Da Vinci robot. Methods: According to the order of operation time, 80 patients with rectal cancer after surgery with Da Vinci's assistance were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was given rapid rehabilitation care on the basis of conventional nursing. The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medical care on the basis of the control group. Observe the time of the first postoperative anus exhaust, the degree of postoperative pain for 24h, the degree of postoperative pain for 48h, the degree of postoperative pain for 72h, and the postoperative comfort of the two groups of patients. Results: The pain degree and the time of first air exhaust in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the postoperative comfort was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing can significantly promote the recovery of rectal cancer under the assistance of Da Vinci, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and improve the comfort of patients after surgery.
