      目的 分析全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty, TKA）护理领域的学术热点及趋势，为国内相关学术发展提供参考。 方法 以Web of Science (WOS)核心集为资料出处，筛选TKA护理领域论文，应用CiteSpace软件从国家、期刊、高频关键词、突现关键词等方向可视化分析。 结果 共归入213篇文章，发表量整体呈增长趋势。美国的发表量统计最高，但是芬兰的文献中心度较高。研究热点集中在TKA术后评估、早起运动、生活质量。最新研究聚焦在住院时长以及康复研究。 结论 全膝关节置换术的护理收到持续关注，了解国外相关研究发展趋势，为国内研究提供参考，为制定统一的TKA护理规范打下基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) nursing and provide a reference for the development of domestic-related research. Methods Using the Web of Science (WOS) core set as the data source, the TKA nursing-related papers were screened. The CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the countries, journals, high-frequency keywords, and emerging keywords. Results A total of 213 papers were contained, and the overall publication volume showed an increasing trend. The United States has the most significant number of publications, but Finland has a higher document centrality. Research hotspots focus on the postoperative evaluation of TKA, early mobilization, and quality of life. The latest research focuses on the length of stay and research recovery. Conclusion Nursing of total knee arthroplasty has received continuous attention. It is essential to understand the trend of relevant foreign studies to provide a reference for domestic studies and lay the foundation for developing a unified standard of care for TKA.
