自身免疫性脑炎（Autoimmune encephalitis, AE）是一种中枢系统疾病，临床表现复杂，护理工作繁重。本文通过回顾近年来关于儿童自身免疫性脑炎的文献，结合自身护理实践中的经验，从“护理干预”和“护理模式及理论的应用”两方面分别进行综述：描述了呼吸道管理、精神行为护理、癫痫发作护理、用药及处置的护理、心理护理、康复护理等护理干预的进展以及描述了循证护理、预见性护理、综合护理、CICARE沟通模式等护理模式在自身免疫性脑炎患儿中的应用，旨在为临床护理提供参考。

英文摘要:

Autoimmune encephalitis is a disease of central nervous system with complex clinical manifestations, thus brings heavy nursing work. By reviewing the literature works on children's autoimmune encephalitis in recent years, combined with the experience of our department’s nursing practice, this paper summarizes the progression of nursing care, such as nursing of airway, psychopathic behaviors, epilepsy, drugs and treatment, mentality, and rehabilitation. We also demonstrate nursing models of children’s autoimmune encephalitis, such as evidence-based nursing, predictive nursing, comprehensive nursing, CICARE communication mode. This paper will provide reference for clinical nursing.
