      通过场所及设施的合理布局、人力资源的统筹部署、标准流程的设置、院感培训的落实以及后勤保障的加强等方法,形成科学有效的护理管理策略。在此轮疫情中完善了发热门急诊各项建设,为后疫情时期的发热门急诊做打好扎实的工作基础。
英文摘要:
      Through the reasonable layout of places and facilities, the overall deployment of human resources, the setting of standard processes, the implementation of hospital awareness training and the strengthening of logistics support, a scientific and effective nursing management strategy is formed. In this round of epidemic, we have improved the construction of popular emergency departments, and laid a solid foundation for fever outpatient and emergency departments in the post epidemic period.
