      该文综述了患者敏锐度及其评估工具，并以英国社区患者敏锐度评估工具为例，介绍其构建过程和应用情况。未来可在借鉴国外评估工具的基础上，发展适合我国国情的评估工具提供参考，为提升我国医院-社区-家庭照护效率提供参考。
英文摘要:
      This review aims to provide an overview of the concept of patient acuity and its assessment tools. What’s more, a patient acuity tool proposed by Geraldine Lee et al would be introduced, combining with its experience of development and application in the UK community. This can provide the reference for the development of an adapted Chinese version, thus, helping to improve the efficiency of the hospital-community-family care model here.
