| 目的:检索并评价成人经口气管插管口腔护理的相关证据，为临床实践提供参考。方法:基于循证理念，应用PIPOST结构提出科学的问题，制定合适的检索策略，按照“6S”模型检索BMJ、Up To Date、NGC、NICE、RNAO、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、JBI、Pubmed、embase、CBM、知网、万方等数据库、国家卫生健康委员会官网进行检索，制定适当的文献纳入、排标准，由2名接受循证培训的研究员对不同的文献类型采用对应的文献质量评价工具分别进行独立评价，并对证据进行提取和汇总。结果:共纳入18篇文献，其中指南7篇，专家共识1篇，系统评价6篇，随机对照3篇，类实验研究1篇，共总结口腔评估、口腔护理的方法和工具、口腔护理液、声门下吸引及管理和培训等
5个方面的24条证据。结论:本研究总结了目前关于经口气管插管口腔护理干预措施的最佳证据，为经口气管插管患者的口腔护理提供科学依据，提高护理质量。 |

| objective: to search and evaluate the relevant evidence of oral care of adults with oral endotracheal intubation, so as to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: based on the evidence-based concept, using pipost structure to put forward scientific questions, formulate appropriate retrieval strategies, and search BMJ, up to date, NGC, nice, RNAO, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, JBI, PubMed, EMBASE, CBM, HowNet, Wanfang and other databases, as well as the official website of the national Health Commission according to the "6S" model, Two researchers who received evidence-based training independently evaluated different document types with corresponding document quality evaluation tools, and extracted and summarized the evidence. Results: a total of 18 literatures were included, including 7 guidelines, 1 expert consensus, 6 systematic evaluations, 3 randomized controls, and 1 experimental studies. A total of 24 pieces of evidence from 5 aspects, including oral evaluation, oral care methods and tools, oral care fluid, subglottic attraction and management and training, were summarized. Conclusion: this study summarizes the best evidence about oral nursing intervention measures of oral endotracheal intubation, provides evidence-based basis for scientifically standardizing ICU nurses' nursing of oral cavity of patients with oral endotracheal intubation, and improves the quality of nursing. |
