      摘要：目的 系统评价并分析使用放射科碘对比剂检查的患者外渗相关影响因素。方法 计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库和CNKI数据库，检索时间为建库至2020年10月，收集碘对比剂外渗相关研究，根据其类型选择纽尔卡斯渥太华量表或美国卫生保健质量和研究机构推荐的横断面研究质量评价标准评价文献质量，视情况进行meta分析或描述性分析。结果 纳入19项研究，共报告2063例碘对比剂外渗，提取外渗发生影响因素，包括年龄较大，女性性别，使用现有的静脉导管，使用高压注射器注射，高注射率，导管位置，使用未加热的高粘度对比剂，住院患者。结论 碘对比剂外渗与多种因素相关，建议临床工作者提高对这些因素的关注，早期识别外渗高危患者，预防碘对比剂外渗。
英文摘要:
      Abstract：Objective To systematically evaluate related factors influencing extravasation in patients with radiology iodine contrast agents. Methods The studies on extravasation of iodine contrast agents were collected through computer retrieval on Web of Science，PubMed，EMBASE，Cochrane，CBMdisc，Wanfang Data，VIP Database and CNKI Database，which included studies from establishment of the database to October 2020. Quality of literature involved was evaluated with the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale or the American Health Care Quality and Research Institute (AHRQ) Cross-Sectional (Prevalence) Study Quality Checklist. Meta analysis or descriptive analysis was performed as appropriate. Results Totally 2,063 cases of iodine contrast agent extravasation were reported in the 19 studies collected. It was found that advanced age，female，use of existing venous catheters，use of high-pressure injector，high injection rate，catheter location，use of unheated high-viscosity contrast agent and inpatients were factors influencing extravasation of iodine contrast agents. Conclusion There are many factors influencing extravasation of iodine contrast agents. It is recommended that clinicians pay more attention to these factors so as to identify patients at high risk of extravasation in early stage，and prevent extravasation of iodine contrast agents.
