      摘 要:目的 调查临床护士的跨专业协作能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,运用一般资料问卷、跨专业合作学习准备度量表和千叶跨专业协作能力量表对长沙市2所综合性三级甲等医院的320名护士进行横断面调查。采用Pearson相关分析方法分析临床护士跨专业合作学习准备度与跨专业协作能力的相关性,采用多因素分析临床护士跨专业协作能力的影响因素。结果 回收有效问卷297份,临床护士跨专业协作能力总分为(122.41±8.56)分,跨专业合作学习准备度总分为(70.16±5.99)分。Pearson相关分析显示护士跨专业协作能力与跨专业合作学习准备度得分呈正相关(r=0.524, P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,跨专业合作学习准备度、跨专业团队合作经历、院外交流经历是临床护士跨专业协作能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。 结论 临床护士的跨专业协作能力处于中等偏上水平。护理管理者应采取针对性措施改善临床护士的跨专业合作学习态度,开展多种形式的跨专业团队合作培训,积极支持临床护士外出进修,从而有效提高临床护士的跨专业协作能力。

      Abstract : Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical nurses' interprofessional collaboration competence and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 320 clinical nurses were recruited from 2 comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Changsha City by convenience sampling method. They were investigated by a general information questionnaire, the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale and the Chiba interprofessional collaboration competency scale. Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between clinical nurses' interprofessional cooperative learning readiness and interprofessional cooperative competence, and multi-factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of clinical nurses interprofessional cooperative competence. Results A total of 297 valid questionnaires were recovered. The total score of clinical nurses' interprofessional cooperation competence was (122.41±8.56) points, and the total score ofthe Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale was (70.16±5.99) points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that nurses' interprofessional collaboration competence was positively correlated with interprofessional cooperative learning readiness score (r=0.524, P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that interprofessional cooperative learning readiness, interprofessional teamwork experience, and out-of-hospital communication experience were the influencing factors of clinical nurses' interprofessional collaboration competence (P<0.05). Conclusion The interprofessional collaboration competence of clinical nurses is at an upper-middle level. Nursing managers should take targeted measures to improve the clinical nurses' attitude towards interprofessional cooperative learning, carry out various forms of interprofessional teamwork training, and actively support clinical nurses to study abroad, so as to effectively improve the interprofessional collaboration competence of clinical nurses.
