      【】 目的 对基于同伴教育的食管发音培训在全喉切除术后患者中的应用进行效果评价。方法 选取2021年1-6月在我院行全喉切除的患者24例作为对照组,2021年7-12月的25例患者作为观察组。对照组于2021年12月,观察组于2022年6月接受食管发音集训课程,同时两组患者分别于集训课程后3个月、6个月接受两次巩固课程。对照组由头颈外科护士,观察组由同伴教育者指导和训练食管发音。比较两组患者短期食管发音质量、中长期食管发音质量、抗逆力水平。结果 集训课程结束时观察组短期食管发音质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。两次巩固课程结束时观察组患者长期食管发音质量均优于对照组(P<0.05))。两次巩固课程后观察组抗逆力水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于同伴教育的食管发音培训可以帮助患者重建发声功能,促进言语康复,更能够通过集体式学习交流改善患者心理状态,提高他们的抗逆力水平。

      Objective To evaluate the effect of esophageal pronunciation training based on peer education in patients after total laryngectomy. Methods 24 patients undergoing total laryngectomy in our hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group, and 25 patients from July to December 2021 were selected as the observation group. Two groups received the esophageal pronunciation intensive training course in December 2021 and June 2022 respectively, while received two consolidation courses 3 months and 6 months after the intensive training session. The control group was instructed and trained by head and neck surgery nurses, and the observation group was by a peer educator. Short-term esophageal pronunciation quality, medium-and long-term esophageal pronunciation quality and resistance level were compared between the two groups. Results At the end of the intensive training course, the short-term quality of esophageal pronunciation was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). At the end of both consolidation sessions, the chronic esophageal pronunciation quality of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). After both consolidation sessions, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The esophageal pronunciation training based on peer education can help patients rebuild their vocal function, promote speech rehabilitation, and improve patients" psychological state and improve their resistance level.
