| 目的：探讨一种便携式简易瞳孔测量尺用于白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体置入术患者用托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳后瞳孔直径的测量效果及其临床应用价值。方法: 收集于我院行白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体置入术期间用托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳的住院患者100例，随机分为目测法组50例与瞳孔尺测量组50例。目测法组采用单纯目测法判断散瞳后的瞳孔直径，瞳孔尺测量组采用便携式简易瞳孔测量尺判断散瞳后的瞳孔直径。比较两组患者间正确判断瞳孔直径的成功率及患者的满意度。结果： 1. 瞳孔尺组患者正确判断散瞳后瞳孔直径的成功率明显高于目测法组；2.瞳孔尺组患者反应瞳孔尺操作简单，可有效帮助正确判断瞳孔直径，满意度显著高于目测法组。结论：便携式简易瞳孔测量尺可有效帮助患者和临床医护人员正确判断瞳孔的直径及散瞳的有效性，提高患者及医护人员判断散瞳效果的成功率；同时操作简易，携带方便，值得在临床中推广使用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect and clinical value of a portable, user-friendly pupillary measuring scale for accurately measuring pupil diameter in patients undergoing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation after dilating with torpicamide drops. Methods: A total of 100 inpatients who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation at our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: ocular estimate group (50 cases) and pupil scale measure group (50 cases). The ocular estimate group judged the pupillary diameter after mydriasis, while the portable simple pupillary measurement scale was used by the pupil scale group. The accurate rate of judging the validity of mydriasis and patients’ degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups by SPSS. Results: 1. The accurate rate of judging pupil diameter after mydriasis was significantly higher in the pupil scale group than the ocular group. 2. Participants in the pupil scale group response that pupil scale is straightforward, enabling them to assess pupil diameter accurately. A significantly higher satisfaction level was found in pupil scale group than ocular estimate group. Conclusion: The portable simple pupillary measuring scale can assist both patients and clinicians in accurately assessing pupil diameter and evaluating mydriasis effectiveness, thereby improving accurate rates for judging mydriasis effects among patients and physicians. Additionally, it is easy to operate, convenient to carry, and worth promoting for use in clinical practice. |
