      上海市质子重离子医院作为我国第一所兼有质子和重离子技术的放疗中心,经过5年的运营,在护理管理方面不断推进,形成了一定特色。文章基于医院的诊疗及护理特点,总结了医院护理管理中明确护理特色定位、注重护士能力建设、推进人文护理服务创新3个方面的实践经验,并提出医院护理管理方面的思考,包括重视护理人才培养、对人文护理质量的持续改进与监管以及借助科研及科普推进护理服务与实践,以期为相关医院护理管理提供借鉴参考。
英文摘要:
      As the first radiotherapy center equipped with both proton and heavy ion technologies in China, Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center has been continuously advancing in nursing management after 5 years of operation, thus forming certain characteristics. Based on the diagnosis, treatment and nursing characteristics of the hospital, this paper summarizes the practical experience in the hospital nursing management from three aspects, i.e. characteristic orientation for nursing, focusing on construction of nurses" capability and promoting innovation of humanistic nursing service, and propose the thinking in terms of hospital nursing management, including paying attention to the cultivation of nursing personnel, continuous improvement and supervision on the quality of humanistic nursing, and promoting nursing service and practice with the help of scientific research and popular science, so as to provide reference on nursing management for related hospitals.
